Using Rally
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Rally mobile app, rally.london, and related features. By selecting the agreement checkbox before registering or signing in, and by continuing to use Rally, you agree to these terms.
If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the service.
Accounts and accuracy
- You are responsible for the account you use and for keeping your login details secure.
- You should provide accurate information and keep your profile reasonably up to date.
- You are responsible for activity that takes place through your account unless the activity was caused by Rally or an unauthorised compromise outside your control.
User content and public profiles
You may submit content to Rally, including profile details, messages, game information, reviews, and linked social accounts. You keep ownership of your content, but you give Rally the rights reasonably necessary to host, display, process, and operate the service.
You are responsible for making sure the information you post is accurate, lawful, and appropriate to share with other users.
Acceptable use
- Do not impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
- Do not use Rally for spam, harassment, fraud, scraping, abuse, or unlawful activity.
- Do not try to bypass security controls, rate limits, account restrictions, or product safeguards.
- Do not upload or share content that infringes another person’s rights or violates applicable law.
Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users
Rally has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You must not post threats, harassment, hate speech, sexual or pornographic material, bullying, scams, spam, or other content that is unlawful, unsafe, or intended to harm another person.
Rally may filter or reject content before it is posted. Users can report content or conduct and block abusive users in the app. Blocking immediately hides the blocked player and their content from the reporting user and sends a safety report to Rally.
Rally reviews safety reports and takes necessary action within 24 hours. When a report identifies objectionable content or abusive conduct, Rally removes the offending content and suspends or terminates the responsible user within that same 24-hour period.
Sports activities and user interactions
Rally helps users discover and coordinate sports activities, but Rally is not the organiser, operator, referee, or insurer of the activities arranged by users.
You are responsible for your own decisions, conduct, and personal safety when interacting with other users, attending games, or sharing contact details.
Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of Rally at any time. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Suspension or termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to Rally if we believe you have violated these terms, created risk for other users, or used the service in a harmful or abusive way. Serious safety violations and repeated abuse may result in immediate termination.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rally is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not make guarantees about user behaviour, third-party services, or outcomes from using the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rally will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of the service.
